Well in both the cases the issue starts from management. There is no reason for blaming the players. In Dada's case we know KKR management was involved in team's decision making. In Rohit's case it was totally the management who removed him from captaincy. We know what Rohit has done for the team. 5 trophies since his arrival. There was no mistake made by Hardik Pandya as they blame.
