I don’t think they did a transfer. If the title is in your Dad’s name, your brothers or sisters can put a query on the land. Any transfer they must approve, unless the undergo the full legal procedure and they finalize.

It is her side. You will give your narrative and seek a platform to do so. But it takes a heartless person to laugh at someone going to prison. You need Jesus Alex to make you be human. Never wish jail on anyone, and there is a better way of presenting your side of the story. Saying you are laughing like crazy, affirms you are less human.
