This is not my original comment, just saw it and wanted to share as it’s good explanation! Tbh it’s heartbreaking 😭 A comment on Twitter said that IU is deaf and Tae is blind in one eye, both have been that way from birth. The cube is getting rid of people with "defects" and the camera is then imagining a world where they can be happy because they're "normal".
