Thanks, I was not originally planning on selling it but as three years went bye and I now have the property it is not the bus for me anymore. Hopefully it will go to a great home.

On your for sale listing, make the photos clickable and expandable. Its hard to see details with the photos so small. Also the link posted under the "Private Tour Video" are an image and not clickable.

I love it, I'm glad you didn't paint everything white or grey which seems to be the trend the past 10 years or so, and left all the natural wood.

I have enjoyed many of your videos and have saved a lot of time learning from your builds. I now have an off grid skoolie that is capable of living out and about for months and months. Lots of drinking water.. Lots of dry goods like flour, rice and beans.. Thanks for all of your helpful information.

Congratulations, Mike! Beautiful finish on Ivan! Whoever buys the van will have many good times traveling, especially if it stays here in the Adirondacks. My son, Jay (you met last summer) and I were hoping to get over for a visit this week as we are up closing the lake house on Lake George, but time got away from us. Would have loved to meet you, Dale, Jeet, and thrown a few tennis balls for Oakley. Btw, my initials match Ivan’s license plate. A sign?

Still waiting someone to put a real composting toilet to an RV. Yes it is bigger than "composting" toilet, but you need to empty it only once or twice a year. Ivan is looking good! Someone will be happy with it!

I have always found it so amusing that everyone uses the term composting toilet when in fact, it really, truly has nothing to do with composting. Can tell you how many people I have poring there pee bucket on the ground and emptying there so call composting into a garage can!!! I guess it's what ever helps people sleep at night!!!😂😅 Composting humans waste takes over 3 months using heat and moisture in a commercial facility.

@@Dimmer333 Yes, that three months is in good conditions. When composting at home it takes at least 12 months to be safe. It is probably just that composting toilet sounds better than poop in a bucket 😀

I can’t believe people spending over $1k on a composting toilet. I bought my Thetford 360 for like $115. I just dump it in a regular toilet when it’s full.

The bed looks strange. I had the idea the area would be like a futon sofa-bed. I do not know if it was something you said or I just imagíned it. Someone mentioned there is nowhere to sit and I could not find any seats either,why is that? What am I missing? Other than that, it looks great. Good luck!!

No there is no fan in the bathroom. The fan in the ceiling is less than 3 feet away in the hallway and will evacuate the space. The deck is directly above.

No, I bought the bus and designed it for myself and traveling. However, that was three years ago before a world crisis and buying a shop. So I decided it would be best to stick with Navi and sell Ivan
