I hope Mercedes doesn’t discontinue this model.. I’ve read In several article that the S class coupe/cabriolet will end after this model year... then what will compete with the Bentley Coupe and BMW 8 series... just make fewer models but it should be available

Nice machine.If you forget to close the door with the remote after exiting the car, will the door/doors automatedly close after a certain time, two minutes say?

No, never saw a feature like this. But you get notification on your phone from Mercedes Me app and you can lock it from the app

@@IvanSensei Understood, but still that auto-door lock feature would be a great asset to any car.With my 2017 Suzuki Ciaz, if I unlock the driver's door via the remote but I do not enter the car, the door locks back itself after a minute.If I exit the car however, this does not seem to happen, i have to press the remote to lock the door/doors.

Should have been speced in piano black trim. Tok many dealershios way over do carbon fiber in all cars IMHO , it's not made to go with every interior color. It doesn't look as bad as when dealers spec the brown leather with carbon fiber but the black would have looked classier.
