I honestly haven't ever looked for a diffuser this small. I do not have any recommendations.

Mc is a 5W this is 12Wx5!!! Way brighter! MC also has almost 50% weaker battery. Now smart rig recently dropped a magnet light 10$ cheaper than the Mc with app control and almost as powerful a battery as this light. I’d say the MC’s days are over.

While I have never used one specifically for this light you can get little diffusers with elastic on Amazon that could fit around it, Not sure how well they would work though.

One just arrived :) Picked it up off eBay for £70, guess a load just arrived in the UK. First impressions are it’s very bright and really well made.

There are little dials on the side of the light , those dials press in as well as go up and down and let you go through the different modes.

@@RexxReviews thank you, I had figured it out after I asked you, but what I haven't figured out is how to get solid blue or solid green, without it blinking. I was able to get RGB blinking colors, and only solid red, but not solid green or blue. Am I able to do that? If so, how? I just need a solid green (no blink) or solid blue. I've been messing with it on and off, and still can't figure that out.

I have not used the Ulanzi VIJIM R70 so I cant 100% speak on it but from looking at it I would say theya re similar. Ulanzi is becoming the more common name now however.

If you had the right type of phone mount yes. This light is about the size of a Pro Max so it’s fairly large. Something with a cold shoe mount.

It depends on the type of light you are going for. A Standard lamp you are going to be dealing with light bulbs that aren't necessarily friendly for white balance if you get the wrong kind. You have to decide if you want that warm yellow look for a more bright white look. 1 Lamp isnt going to giver you a good balance. The MC is a much smaller light. Aputure has a light that is around this size I just have never used it.

@@RexxReviews Thanks, I’ll look for it but I think I’m just sticking with this IVISII, I compared it to the Pixel G1S and like this one better, I just ordered 3 more of them and may get another, for 5 lights total.

If you have a light stand for it and its close it would work as a decent rim/hair light.

While this is a good light for the cost I wouldn't use it for something as important as a wedding, at least not the white settings. If you are using it for color accents ect it would probably do fine but I wouldn't dare try to light a wedding subject with this thing.

I've purchased 3 total so far and had no issues. Possibly just a bad one. The one i used in this video I have used the living hell out of so far.

You were u unlucky enough to get a bad one, doesn’t make it a bad light. I bought a C8 Corvette last year and the transmission failed at 10k miles, it happens sometimes, should I tell people to Beware ?

Yes, I am in the states. You have to keep in mind this video was posted in 2020, prices on everything all over the world has gone up since then.
