Although from a distance it looks like any other IWC dress watch, but it is actually one of the rarest and most sought-after IWC dress watches on the market today. A few details make this watch stand out, and as always, it's the details that make a watch.

Recently purchased the Baltic Hermetique and I`m happy to see the resemblance of the Hermet case and the source of their inspiration. It`s an obscure, very characterful piece and I`m sure quite comfortable on the wrist, without the crown protrusion.

Very nice piece! What do you guys think of Baume & Mercier? Being acquired by Piaget and Cartier, they have some a nice mixture of designs with some 18k gold and stone dial models around 2000€ 🏄🏽‍♂️

We sold some Baumé pieces in the past. But a few moons ago 😅 if we find a hot unusual piece in future we’ll definitely buy it 🤝✨

Recently I bought a 70's IWC calatrava c. 8541B steel case with special roman index on the dial, so charm & elegant. I know PP also has calatrava, seems IWC after 1980 change name calatrava to potofino to avoid applying same series name under two different companies, is that correct!?

IWC never called it Calatrava, it’s more a nickname by the collector community :)

Is that nos or polished?

Nos means = new old stock/ so it has to look like brand new - in flawless condition. This Hermet is far away from NOS condition but I wouldn’t say that it has been polished
