I just retired but my son called me the other day said, "Dad I'm a little stressed, we've overloaded with work and can't find enough help" I said, "Son you don't no what stress is, I'm going through some major stress right now." He replied, "oh my goodness dad, what's wrong what can I do." I replied, "I'm stressing over what to have for supper tonight, now that's stress." We both died laughing. But you're right some guys will show up and you can tell they're druggies and expect you to just hire them. I love my job now, no set hours, every day is Saturday.
