@@tatijoieit could be because these situations began in wyt suprem@cy. Recall that slave families were sold apart because their owners recognized the strength of family. Also, welfare & shelters were not offered if men were present. Contemporary businesses cater largely to self and not family. We know that will end one day but these folks are more concerned with the men they face everyday and could care less about the hereafter. An unbothered girl, who knows the Jesus as well as Satan said she was going to enjoy every party she knows she'll pay for in hell.

Absolutely it’s not easy to walk the straight and narrow but it’s absolutely worth it. Not being married I live my life in celibacy. It’s a hard walk but when you focus on the Lord he helps to sustain you. I fall short at times but like you said sin has consequences and it should not be the norm to be comfortable living in sin.

Pontificating ain't the way. Instead, we need to hold community members accountable for their choices and stress birth control and marriage. The black community alone births seventy-seven percent of out-of-wedlock births. That alone creates disassembled and fatherless households. Miss Iyanla was right, "We have got to do better."

This was powerful and needs to be done more often these follow ups have opened both sides to honest conversations . We are all human and have made horrible mistakes. Talking and taking responsibility rather than blaming is so necessary for healing

I did not like the guest speaker he was kinda a yes man and a narcissist n very rude instead of working with her to heal these men, it feels like he was trying to make it a competition. Iyanla was right it’s a lack of discipline.

Ms.Iyanla I love your show and love hearing the men out because they too have stories to tell, it's very important we here the male expert out and the other men out no one can tell it like it is but an honest man or men they needed to be heard black men and women need healing from untold stories that we've lived with forever, to me this segment of the shows were very much needed I save these particular shows on my Playlist thank you so much I'm about to go pull myself together from the tears😢❤I'm praying for us all 🙏🏼🙏🏼Lord have mercy on us 🙏🏼

The man with pink shirt.... Is just as egotistical as he claims he's not. You must not use someone else's platform without the grace of teaching to serve. He's pushing his need to be right instead of a need to guide. Very uncomfortable to watch in parts because of this.

Continuous counseling is so necessary especially to black people. Absolutely nothing wrong with getting help when it's needed. Talk it out people. We should talk it all out.

Iyanla didn't need that man there to speak for men. Those men had different reasons why they procreate with multiple women. Jay had to motion to him to stand up and support the man who was crying.

You're a woman saying that! You can't speak for them! SHE needed to STFU and let them talk! She doesn't know what it's like being a man so let a MAN lead!! That's part of the problem women want to baby men!!
