Ingredients:
COCOA MASS
250g margarine
4 eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
1 1/2 cups of wheat flour
4 tablespoons of cocoa
2 spoons of baking powder
2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar
CURD
1 kg of ground cottage cheese (from a bucket)
2 packages of cream pudding
6 eggs
1 cup of sugar
4 tablespoons (60g) soft butter
CHOCOLATE COTTING
200g of chocolate
100ml cream 30%
