Few things can bring a human such immediate distress as intensely spicy food. It's the same reason pepper spray is effective. That level of spicy heat takes over all your senses. Your heart starts pounding, mouth lips tongue throat are on fire, eyes watering, and a cool drink offers no relief. Very hot messes you up three times, once when eating, secondly in your gut (it feels horrible, like a furnace in your belly) Thirdly after release, which is often most painful of all. Variety is the spice of life, and spice is nice, but too much of a good thing, and you're in for a bad time.

Shane is such a great host! So professional but not in a serious way where it loosing it fun. And he’s always soo into his guest, asking questions that’s deeper then just the normal stuff we here over and over. He does his research and CARES! Also I love how jimmy eats the whole thing because JJ does. Like he looked over in such disappointment when he sees it 😂

On the new game show he doesn’t eat them so I’m sure his entire being will be thanking him from now on, but as he says “the show must go on” to the new season and he’ll still be taking them back.
