有可能是牙鉸附近的一些微細軟組織發炎或脫落引致,若然是這這個原因,要習慣控制口部張開時不要過大,避免引起牙骹發出聲響,摩擦引致發炎。要維持這樣數個月,讓軟組織收縮或被吸收後才可
