Swelling,mein face par sujan aa jati hai, pairo par sujan ho skti hai aur peeth par bhi ho skti hai, swelling aksar dependent body part par hoti hai.jaise Khade huwe aadmi ke pairo me aur lete huwe aadmi ke peeth par. swelling wale part ko 20 sec tak dabao aur ungali hatane par agar gaddha ho raha hai to pitting edema (pitti swelling) hai.
