Ich muss sagen, dass mir das Spiel von Bach, auch von bekannten Pianisten nicht gefällt, aber diese Frau spielt wirklich wunderbar und sucht ihresgleichen, auch wenn es heutzutage nicht in ist, russische Pianisten zu hören.

En dépit des grincheux, c'est là, pour moi, l'une des meilleures - sinon la meilleure - des interprétations de cette Passacaille par "notre" Polina. Meilleure même que celle qu'elle nous donna lors de son concert, pourtant si "habité", d'Omsk en octobre 21 (mais peut-être trop habité pour une passacaille). Quelle jubilation primesautière, quelle gourmandise dans la 5ième variation (mesures 41-49), quelle clarté, quelle fluidité des voix dans la fugue ! Quel talent pour faire magnifiquement sonner un piano qui, pourtant, n'est ni un Steinway, ni un Boesendorfer, non plus un Bechstein, mais un Kawai ! Comme cette transcription (Gollub?), dans cette interprétation-ci, est limpide et légère comparée aux interprétations à l'orgue de la partition originale pour orgue, dont certaines pèsent sur l'estomac comme de gros cakes trop roboratifs !
