First India need to be recognized as a successor and the direct continuation of the "civilizational" state (not nation state as it is now) called bharat and Hindus as its original owner, in the constitution. We then need to define Hinduism as a religio-cultural entity and state that we need to preserve and protect it if we want to keep the continuum intact. Then, we can say, every religion cast creed race ethnicity are welcomed here and will be treated equally as long as they dont effect the continuum. So by default conversion is cancelled.
