Today we'll be continuing our J1 exceptional hardship waiver series. Today we'll be talking about 2 case histories from our law firm.
In particular the first case is for a Pakistan national who was married to a US citizen. In this case his spouse was the qualifying relative for his application.
Also he was involved in research that interests the country as a whole and we added that to the application's legal brief.
The second case on the other hand involved a Egyptian citizen who also has 2 children. In this case we discussed the various factors that would create the along with how relocating would affect the family and in particular the 2 children.
