Hi, seems like I cannot hear the audio of my cameras microphone when launch Zoom. Zoom still uses my built in laptop mic, not my cameras mic.

Hello Paola, the settings should be in your sound section and select “Choose your output device”. Make sure the Mic is not on mute in Zoom. Thank you.

I have a couple of questions. Does the HDMI out (loop out PGM) transmit audio from all the HDMI and Mic In sources? Also does the speaker out do real time audio monitoring, whereas I can hear everything including my voice in real time? I ask because have an external HDMI recorder and I would like to stream and record to the recorder.

Hi there, the HDMI output will support both video and audio as long the audio switch is set to "On". The speaker out is for only listening, there is a Mic port for it.

Hello, can it be used with a power bank? or it necessarily has to be connected to the electrical current.

The duration for which you can use the Dual HDMI Video Capture device on a power bank depends on the power bank's capacity and the power consumption of the Capture device. Higher-powered devices may deplete the power bank more quickly. While it's technically possible to power some video capture devices with a power bank, not all devices are designed for this use case. A power bank may provide the necessary power, stability and performance may vary compared to a direct connection to an electrical outlet. Some advanced features, such as real-time content customization and multiple HDMI inputs, may be resource-intensive and could impact the power bank's ability to sustain the device over an extended period. The Dual HDMI Video Capture may require a more stable power source.

How do you optimize the JVA06 EPF2 Settings Tool for using the Chroma Key?

Are you referring to how to adjust and make the changes on the Chroma key? Are you using a Windows, Mac, Chrome?

Does it expose two seperate hdmi sources in apps like OBS? Or is the output of the device to the pc always just one hdmi signal?

The JVA06 will only detect (1) HDMI signal when using apps like OBS, Will not allow separate multiple sources at the same time.

is it support for AMD RYZEN CPU system? in web support compability only writen intel CPU

The JVA06 device will also work with computers that run AMD processors.

Please make sure your AMD Ryzen is equivalent to an Intel i5 or i7 with 3 GHz or above and enough memory.

Can the Chroma key be use for both HDMI camera source A ＆ B?

@@j5createtoday So chroma key can be use for both A & B source, but just cannot be together. Is this understanding correct? Since I would like to use 2 camera sources, one is a wide shot and one is a close-up shot but both with a chroma background. I will choose either the wide shot or the close-up shot but not both together. But I need both to have the chroma effect to be input into OBS. Will I get a grey background if I do it this way or I will get a clear background which I can put on top of a solid background inside OBS?

@@andrewlee3625 That is correct, one at a time since one needs to be the base image and the other the Chroma key image.

@@j5createtoday For example, if source A is in chroma key, when I don't have a source B, I output the image of source A with chroma key implemented into OBS, will the image have a grey background or I will just have a image without the grey background?

@@andrewlee3625 You will see the background as it is, once you begin to adjust the numeration in the Chroma key, that is when you will see the changes.
