It seems that the husband is shooting all her videos, editing, uploading them and also taking care of the young child. He appears to be gem of a man supporting his wife at his cost.

I don’t think it is right to assume that he has quit his job. Yes , without his support she can not reach 3 million subscribers. May be she has hired help to take care of the child or for other domestic chores which obviously not shown in the video .
