INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE :
Kadhai Soya Chaap
500 Gms Soya Chap
1/2 Cup Mustard Oil
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 tsp Salt (added at different times)
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Kitchen King Masala
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 Tbsp Kasuri methi
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
5 Hybrid Tomatoes
1 Onion
1 Capsicum
2 - 3 Green Chillies
1 Inch Ginger Juillene’s
KADHAI MASALA
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
1/2 tsp Black peppercorns
2 Bay Leaves
3 Choti Elachi
