Yes, but JADEN is the guy who uses Elemental Heroes. Aster uses Destiny Heroes. Still, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't hoping for Honest Neos to be used.

BrickBoy1894 Aster used E Heroes as well. His original appearance was him using the opposite EHero fusion monsters of Jaden's. It wasn't until later that he switched to D Heros which then made Jaden switch to Neos.

Stephen Murdock yeah, but he never used stratos. They try to keep this to cards the characters have used in either the manga or anime, hence why aster was able to use vision hero Vyon.

Finally some GX love. For some reason, the GX VA's been absent from these events. How cool would Jaden vs Yusei be? I'm still waiting for that one. This one was great though and I hope to see Jack and Aster back in action at other events.

Joseph a big part of it is how bashed the dub was, and the actors caught a lot of the heat. Kind of like Jake Lloyd/Hayden Christensen for the prequels.

@@fangzntalonz I mean, most people realized that it wasn't Hayden's fault for his acting in the star wars prequels. It was George lucas. He wrote those god awful lines. In an interview and a during a shot in filming for revenge of the sith, you could actually hear hayden deliver good lines before George comes on stage and tells him what to actually say instead

Richie Green I know me too. I've trying to rebuild them back up because they are my favorite Archetype. :/ but I have Malicious in my Masked HERO deck....... I need him in there...... :/ and also I need Dystopia and all. I never had a chance to get the cards being busy and all. And also I like going to card shops to get the cards, instead of online shopping. Yeah I do get cards online but that's more like buying box sets and all.

Chris pretty sure he is referring to the fact that there are multiple back and forth scenarios, tons of card interactions being displayed and plenty of surprise factor rather than the actual timed length itself.

24:14 It's always fun when you see VAs like these channel some of their other roles mid-battle. Both Oliver Wyman (the guy playing Aster) and Ted Lewis (the handsome fellow playing Jack Atlas) are clearly giving it their all, and they play off each other pretty well. 4Kids may have had some...questionable portions of its history, but their voice actors were some of the best of their field!

I would've liked it as a 3-way duel best. Tag duels are more common than 3 way duels IRL, so a 3-way duel would've been more interesting. Sure it was an IRL duel that was kinda almost like a duel in the show since they used banned cards and anime effects for at least Plasma.

Yeah, I'm surprised Overdragon doesn't see more play in OTK-focused Cyber Dragon decks (It's understandable that it doesn't in combo focused decks since you want to end with two Rank 5s and a Rank 8 as often as possible) now that we have Future Fusion back. Sure Ghost Ogre and Ash Blossom can stop it, but what do they not affect?

nah, it doesn't clash with any Combos lol... it's simple, you have Cyber in grave along with other machines and you just sack when your combo fields were destroyed....

Geez... and here I hoped we would have finally witnessed a duel featuring Jaden. Not that I like his voice actor, but I mean, Jaden boy is so far the only protagonist that has never showed up at one of these events and, damn it, I thought it was the right time now that Honesty Neos came out. He definitely deserves more love, at least in regards to his BEAUTIFUL hero-deck.
