I work in the concrete job. I take one in the morning before I head out. I eat it wirh a gran bar and half a waterbotle. I must admit once I reach the jobsite I go str8 to the potterpotty. After that, is hands on! I feel great. I feel motivaded. I highly recomend it for a work out. Or a active day

Ngl, I'm trying this product for the first time and its working great for me. The pill is too big for me to swallow and you have to take it with food anyway, so I empty the pill into a tablespoon of peanut butter and eat that on bread with a snack bag of skinny pop. Just that keeps me full for like 6 hours (normally after something small like that, I wouldnt even get full). I've been using it a few days now and it's been great.

Ever tried Gorilla Mind's a2 AM/cAMP PM fat burners? I find the PM fat burner really interesting, since it has no stims, so could be a lot better for people who otherwise will have stims with their preworkout, coffee, etc... throughout the day. Both AM/PM have solid ingredients/dosages, but not sure the value is the best when there's decent bit cheaper burners like Burn XT that do most of what they do for a decent chunk less. Caffeine probably is single handily doing the most work in a burner, so getting the best/cheapest burner or drinking black coffee may be the move.

I would focus on getting in the gym for weights and cardio and eat clean foods in a deficit first. Take a look at my animal cuts videos
