I found both of these supplements to be effective at helping to burn fat. It kicked me out of a plateau and helped my get back to 2lbs of fat loss a week. You still have to workout and diet! Otherwise you won't be oxidizing the released fat!
BURN XT provides a noticeable heat and increased energy. Not much in the way of increase power to push weights, but more focus (lasting about 45 minutes), and increased metabolic and heart rate.
No pounding heart or other problems to speak of.
LEAN XT is stimulant free and provides a very slight energy bump and maybe a little heat. I feel as if it is effective at making you less hungry.
I use BURN XT in the morning before working out and then take LEAN XT a few hours later. You don't have to stack them, you can take either one separately, though I can't tell you the effectiveness of that since I stack them.

Overall I like these supplements and would recommend them providing you have already lost most of your fat. They are not miracles, but can help once weight loss stalls.
