How is decline bench using that bench without anywhere to anchor/hold your feet in place? Great machine....Ive been eyeballing that one or the extreme model 💪🏽

I have had no issues with the decline bench. You can add leg attachment for leg curls/leg extensions and lock it in place for decline sit-ups. As for benching my feet still touch the ground and the bench is slightly grippy holding me in place.
