For these maps it's 1916 and 1919. That's what it say's in the game anyway. I'm no history buff so I don't know if it's accurate but my guess is it is.

The war ended in 1918.

Two of the maps are set in the Russian civil war which was after WW1 and I guess at least one of the reasons the Russians pulled out of the war... to fight each other... very Russian lol xD

Nathan Clark is there a difference in voice between the classes when they spot a tank? I always hear 'DAS IST EIN PANZER' or 'ES IST EIN PANZER' regardless of class. Same thing really, either 'That's a tank' or 'It's a tank'.

Still not sure if the germans on a grenade throw sometimes say's "Granate ist raus! Ohren zu!" or "Granate ist raus, hol und such!" First one would mean: "Genade is out, shut (your) ears!" and the second would be "(...), get and find!" like a mocking dog command used on the enemy. Very likely the fist one, but i can't unhear it

I do fucking complain when half of the team are snipers with high powered scopes, and there's not really a fucking thing you can do about it if you are not a sniper. I really do not enjoy the new maps as i despise playing as a sniper as i think its really boring. I like to run around in the trenches and in the fields, but these maps are wayyyyyy to open, making snipers sit in their bases and shoot you cross map. I have no problem with the infantry versions where it actually takes skill to kill both on long and short range. They buffed the snipers so much that using scopes aren't skillful anymore, its just way easier to play as, and satisfies the casual players as they think they are doing better. Tell me how its supposed to be fun to play as the other classes when you are getting shat on from miles away? No other class can outperform snipers on range, and the few we have, are more based on luck(medic semi-rifles have horrible accuracy, rocket gun need you to lay still=insta killed and same with lmgs) I hope they don't nerf the classes, but rather put a limit on them per team. There's really not a problem when there is 1 or 2 snipers firing at you, but when half the team is, its not a matter of hit accuracy anymore, you just die because they threw enough bullets at you and you couldn't hit them back as they only needed to see you foot or something to get that last shot. Also even if they don't kill you, you are sitting there with 20 health or less, so you are easy pickings by others. I get that there are many people that like to play as snipers, but you cant make maps like galicia, that are literally open from one spawn to the other, with nearly no cover on the fields between trenches. Battlefield have never been a realistic game, and i hate when people put "realism" over gameplay. Albion and that small map with the bridge is really the only kinda-good ones as they are filled with open and closed spaces where both snipers and other classes can have fun. I can say tho i haven't played operations on the new maps yet, so i cant judge them on that, but as of now, if you do not like playing as sniper then don't play new maps on conquest as they are catering hardly to the sniper crowds, wich leaves you getting killed over and over and over again.

Flag Ov Hate At the range you fire at, you could see a tracer round just fine. At close range all you ever saw was a flash, which would be appropriate for a tracer flashing in close range. Most games are excused of visible bullets by tracer rounds mate, its not entirely realistic, no, but it's far from unrealistic. Just because you see the flash, it doesnt mean the bullet is still there.
