Music was optimazed with the pitch problem, the game is significantly slower, but not that bad of a PAL port.

Omg, I've played the PAL version as a kid but now that I'm used to the NTSC original speed & music, I didn't expect PAL to be that different! But that's interesting, thanks for the upload :)

Makes me wonder if Jackie Chan himself played this game and saw those cute 8-bit expressions of him. xD
