@@donmcdouglas5017 Yeah it's a different type of movie. I like old movies but I equally love new ones. Lord of the rings, marvel movies. They're unbelievable! It's hard to put into words what Jackie and his crew mean to me. I grew up on Jackie. My dad absolutely loved his movies, and that love got passed down onto us. Every Sunday we'd rent a new Jackie movie and watch together. Then Jackie Chan Adventures throughout my youth. Binging all of his movies I hadn't seen later as a young adult. Jackie was a role model, an example, a teacher, a creative, and a work-horse. There will never be another like him. I haven't watched in awhile but looking back now, I'm not sure there's another "celebrity" who's had such a big impact on my life. You're a legend Jackie, thank you so much

One of the few people in the industry I truly fanboy over. But, not just that - I also look up to him and will quickly (and proudly) say to anyone that he is one of my life's biggest (if not the biggest) role model, on and off screen. He reinforced my childhood idealism and taught me about honor and camaraderie. He hit a nerve every time he talked of peace and fought for the right reasons. His humility and zest for life were things to strive to exercise in my own life - and would make me take a moment when I was in a bitter or self-pitying place in life to think about and shift my attitude accordingly. I grew up with his films, so.... In a way... He became a mentor by proxy and a hole in my lonely, tough youth that he filled. I suspect I will admire and respect the man for the rest of my life. Thank you, Mr. Chan.
