The part with the bowling ball broke me, I wasn't sure whether to scream in horror at watching someone other than bubble brutally murdered on screen, or laugh. It was a mixture of both that made me choke on my coffee.

My review: As boring as BFDI 1 was, this episode was pretty fun to watch. The challenge is packed with action, and it's very unique compared to other episodes. This episode on top of that introduced Cake at Stake and Yellow Face's ads, so that's cool. 9/10

Tbh, it was understandable why bfdi 1 was so “boring” It was the first episode, Micheal and Cary hadn’t really figured out what too do with the show as far as characters and a basic challenge- Overall it was still a delight too watch, it the “boring” factor definitely got better

I think the early episodes weren’t really that good as far as writing and stuff goes, but it gradually gets better, which culminates at the end leading to a satisfying finale. Part of that is also bc of the Huang brothers getting older and understanding what constitutes good writing.
