3:05 ballast transformer for fluorescent light. Metal rope is used with a winch. Not tying down but hoisting things UP. The matress floated downstream. 7:40 another ballast transformer. 8:45 universal joint for a car or truck (think of the driveshaft) GPS collar: the dog took it off and threw it into the river so his owner couldn't track him. and a 3rd ballast

That little brass tube with the spiny plastic thing on the end is a feed tube for a marlin model 60 …you found one in one of your earlier videos you did with Bryce. You also did the cleanup on your driveway, with the pressure washer.

3:03 - looks like a ballast for a fluorescent light fixture. The fact you found a few looks like an electrician swapped a bunch out from a store/school/ office & tossed them off the bridge.

At 5:30 what you pulled up that has a spring latch. It is part of the pitman arm for a hay mowing machine . also thr heavy round piece you found at 8:12 id the counter balance tha goes on the shaft for the hay mowing machine. The pitman arm brackets there are 2 , 1 on each end of a piece of oak lumber that connects the cutting blade the other end connects to the counter balance on the main shaft. Also the piece you said looked like what body builders use to build their muscles, that is one of the "teeth" to a hay rake.

would love to do this in germany but we got it waaaay to complicated... tldr would be: everything in the water has a historical value so u are not allowed to "remove" it since u would destroy the "Historical" origin and value of it. now to the "historical" part of it: nobody is allowed to dive down and collect stuff since it is considdered dangerous (always remember it could be a ww2 mine/bomb/grenade) so u cant even "record" the "historical origin" of the object... now we can argue that u can in fact get permission....... on the paper.... u would need to go to your gov office to ask for permission to do Magnetfishing in your region Lets say East germany. now after countless hours of paperwork and begging to MFish u are granted permissions. next up is: u need to contact the owner of the lake stream or whatever u wanna MFish in what is a big challenge in itself since sometimes the Government doesnt know directly. they know they sold it in the 50 but nothing after that. could be in someone else´s hands rn. lets imagine u even get permissions now is the next hurdle: getting the arciollogical department permission is on a whole nother level. if they dont like u they can just say no unless u work there or have found something that is of historical value which U OFFICIALLY CANT since u cant get it out of the water in any way. there is still the possibillity to just do it what is considdered highly illegal and u can get imprissoned for 2 years or get penalized with (up to) 500k what in most cases cant be payed so u get imprisoned anyway. crazy story at the end: Someone got all the permissions in a big town (Hamburg) to MFish in a small lake. police showed up and took the guns he found all normal and stuff and asked him for his Official Papers (he does this a long time over multiple years) so he says "oh they arrive tomorrow but i have it as PDF on my phone". end of the story is he gets arrested since u have to carry the papers in your poket and gets charged 300k and is now never aggain allowed to do MFishing. morale of the story: if u need more then one paper work done its not worth it doing it legally or illegally sorry for my bad english and not using the correct form of punctuation hope yall have a nice day

Sorry you can't enjoy magnet fishing, but it could be dangerous with the last big war. Just sounds like government overreach and bureaucracy. Something the USA is leaning towards.
