Omg I know how you feel I live in California and my mom lived in Oklahoma and she fell into a coma 3 or 4 months ago and they decided to pull the plug but all we gotta do is remember the good times with her and just keep living your life to the fullest. my condolences

I’m 25, lost my mom when I was 12. So I’ve lived over half my life without her. Still have dreams where I see her. No matter how long you always miss momma. Edit: Thank all of you for the prayers and for sharing your stories. I send all the love right back! We’re all connected through loss, but we can always try and gain strength from pain. Together we grow ❤️

Both had to make sacrifices to be far apart from each other for five years…. The love they both had for each other just makes this reunion a true blessing❤ Thanks to all the coaches for making it happen to this great guy who still misses his momma 👍👏

Wish my son could see this.We had a close relationship, til he married. Then a relatively minor fallout over D.I.L's treatment of my grandson ( her step-son) & they cut me completely out of their lives. Havent seen 3 yr old granddaughter in over a year, she doesn't know who I am. I'm "lucky" they can't stop contact w/grandson due to his being much older & still being friends w/ his mother. It's beyond heartbreaking.

This video reminded me of when I was adopted at the age of 6 and finally had a mom for the first time. I ran out of the car across their lawn screaming mommy. I cried watching this.

Wow this made me cry. I lost my mom to cancer when I was 8. I'm 29 now and I miss her so much. I wish I could hug her and hear her laugh again. To just have one more day with her. Always love and respect your parents. They won't be here forever

Enjoy all the time you spend with your mother. You will appreciate it more when she leaves this world. My mother passed away 7 years ago, and I often find myself wishing that I had spent more time with her while she was still alive.

I had this guy in one of my classes down here. Great guy. Moved out here for basketball scholarships if I remember correctly. Come a long way, couldn’t go home during breaks because of finances. So glad the coaches were willing to bring his mother all the way out here for his senior tournament

One time I was really sick. While waiting for ambulance, my mom was trying to help me, but at that point she couldn't do anything to make me feel better.... I saw my mom sitting on the floor crying... That just broke my heart. No one could love me like my mom does.

I remember when I got really sick in another country, my mum felt so helpless miles away. She acted so tough on the phone for me to push through. Little did I know moments after our phone call, my sister said she found my mum balling her eyes out in the bathroom. Mothers act so strong for you, the love for their kids is like no other.

I think there is a certain honour in that personally. My dad used to say to me, " never show your child that you are not strong enough to help them fix their problems. If you need to take a break and cry, do it quietly but then back to work."

@Mac the video was not about tall people but it certainly was notciable that he's tall. I would have thought he was a basketball player too. I felt that Collie gave a bit of attitude about it so I gave my opinion. People normally take notice when someone is really tall or short or whatever. Seems like more people want to recognize him as a person even tho he's really tall. Was no special thing to some people.

This really touched my heart I love it and I was dad's girl. He taught me how to work on the top of a motor. My mom was my best friend she taught me how to cook. They both are in heaven and I miss them but I feel blessed. I have their bibles to read out of.

That's what my oldest daughter would say. I was very young when I had her. My mother raised her. If I would have found my biological mother before she passed away, I probably would have taken over her care. Even though I was a "Throw Away Baby".

Maybe you feel guilt or a sense of obligation. It really depends because some mothers are abusive - in which case you don't owe non-caregivers anything. Esp if they were abusive.

Unfortunately - that has no correlation. My X loved his mom & was "religious" but still lied and cheated on me. So, dont assume/base a man's expected character by his mommy weakness/tendencies... end of the day, he'll do what he wants with a woman even while being a great son to his mom.

When my son was in the marine corp, every year on mother's day, on my favorite radio station he would call the station and dedicate this sing to me, I'll always love my momma by the intruders. I always felt so special when that happened.
