The thing is I still cannot support Marlena after she complained that MUG flopped because influencers were charging too much for sponsorships - she was only referencing big creators like James Charles and Nikkei Tutorials, who are honestly so in demand that they are allowed to charge what ever their value is. And MUG could have easily worked with macro and micro influencers and did fantastic. Marlena has a strong victim mindset. It doesn’t mean that she’s lying about this Jaclyn thing (she probably isn’t) but regardless I’ll never support her after how she devalued creators like that.

It saddens my heart about Jaclyn Hill. In 2013, Jaclyn was the first person I subscribed in KZfaq. I got into an obsession with makeup because of her. I was inspired by her. I look back into her pictures and KZfaq videos in 2013 - 2017 and realized how she was creative and such a great influencer in makeup. It makes me wanna cry. 😢 But now, seeing all this drama, and if what Marlena is saying is true, it disappoints me completely. I never expected any of this to happen because of Jaclyn. I unfollowed her in everything, especially in KZfaq because i don’t want to know anything else of what Jaclyn has done to hurt other people. If Jaclyn addresses everything, I MEAN EVERYTHING, since the beginning of her lipstick launch and makeup geek, I will follow her back and she will have my support. Maybe she won’t address anything now of what’s going on because of her wedding. Which is understandable, but the drama will continue for her unless she addresses it.
