Jacob Elordi REACTS to James Bond Rumors: ‘That’s Beautiful’ (Exclusive)

Jacob Elordi and Barry Keoghan chatted with “Extra’s” Terri Seymour about their new twisted thriller “Saltburn.” They spoke about attending the L.A. premiere and said the biggest reaction was to a shocking bathtub scene - though Barry joked he didn’t think anything of it while filming! They spoke about the wild ride the movie takes viewers on, including some graphic and titillating scenes, and being challenged to push past their limits as actors. Jacob also reacted to buzz about him possibly being the next James Bond! “Saltburn” is in select theaters now and out everywhere on Thanksgiving.

Nope, Barry’s more of an exceptional character actor, that’s what he does so well plus he’s too short and just doesn’t have that Bond, James Bond vibe. Daniel Craig was both handsome and had that hard edge as well. Actually Jacob would make a great Bond because if you’d watched him in Euphoria he really has that menacing side to his acting as well.

As someone who has interviewed people through a screen its never as personal when you're beside someone so maybe it would've been different if she were there in person.

I don't think Jacob is checked out. I think he's giving Barry his space to answer the questions. I also don't think interviews are Jacob's favorite thing to do. I think he's just real. And doesn't know what to say? He hasn't hired a coach to train him with interviews the way some actors have. Maybe he will learn as he does more. Or maybe he won't care. He doesn't put on airs.

I don’t think they were rude at all, they gave good in depth answers, especially Barry, I feel that Jacob was deliberately allowing Barry to be the focus. Plus they would’ve already had so many interviews that day being asked the same questions over and over again. You can also tell they’re good friends.

I don't think they were rude at all... I also think the questions weren't super interesting "what's the most shocking thing?" "Do you think the audience finds the ending shocking?" Etc ...

Barry defo wasn’t checked out, he was turning questions that tbh I wouldn’t know how to answer either into paragraph long answers where as Jacob was just like Maybe, Maybe…maybe so I see what you mean there hahaha 3:32. I think he just didn’t wanna give away the ending there by saying anything he shouldn’t though.

i'm sorry, but how you gonna hire someone for this job just to defeat the purpose of it??? at least get someone else to ask the questions without having an almost inaudible voice. not the right time girl!
