Chef Jacques Pépin shares his method for making a swan out of an apple. One trick is to add some lemon juice onto the finished swan to help prevent discoloration. He also shows how to make the swan portable for easy transport.

Just watched this basically muted with music playing, and I suspect two things: one, he probably made some slurping noises at some point due to inevitable saliva production due to pondering incredible flavours, and two, I'm almost certain he said "....aaand dats it" at the end.

I'm really surprised. This is one of the lesser impressive Apple swans I've seen on KZfaq. I figured Jacques would have done this a little differently. Usually his stuff is incredible

Honestly, it kinda looks like he doesn't even like to make it haha. Especially the way he tosses the head piece on the plate at the end.

His good friend Julia Child went on very well into her life as well. For icons such as them, and with the great information they continued to provide passionately... there's no way it was just money at that point.
