I love her... she is stunning! I met her at the Million Woman March. She is so tiny and as everyone was calling for Jada I called out for Mrs. Smith. She heard me, stopped dead in her tracks and came over to me shook my hand and said” thank you for calling me Mrs. Smith, I don’t hear that often and I love it!”

Sandy Edwards what do I have to gain lying about meeting someone to strangers? I live in Philadelphia, we hosted the Million Woman March, I got up at the crack of dawn to be on the front row, she arrived, walked toward me and I shouted her married name, she heard me and responded. Plain and simple! Why is that so hard to believe?

I definitely relate to her grieving for herself when she had Jaden. That’s the first time I have heard someone put my feelings about motherhood and career in words. I love love love my daughter. But that doesn’t mean I don’t grieve for my old life. And that’s ok because grief allows me to move on and recreate my happiness to include my daughter

It took me 17yrs to be in that place. We aren't good mother's if we tell our truths but when I sent my 16yo to school in another state and thought of all I've done for his ungrateful azz to get him there, I found myself livid. But at myself.

I totally agree with Jada. I had to do what makes me happy. Believe it or not - DUMPSTER DIVING makes me happy. Having the opportunity to share the new found art with the world is rejuvenating.

Dumpster diving is a new found art? Sorry but I am certain that Jada wouldn't agree with you on that and I don't either.

I have just watched Jada speak about the loss of herself and up until when i heard her say that i realized that's what i have been mourning for yrs nowl!! Its a very diffrrent situation but me being mentally ill and that doesn't mean i am a crazy nutball it does however mean i did lose alot of my old personality which was something i did Love about myself and I'm constantly wanting the old Donna and i think by me dwelling and being very depressed about that it was actually making my mental state alot worse. So maybe just by hearing Jada say that as she does help others everyday i know she has helped me and she has no idea that maybe today i can be a happy different happy but happy again! Thanks Jada💖💞💗
