Jada Pinkett-Smith’s Facebook Watch show, Red Table Talk, has been a family affair since it first premiered in March 2018. On every episode, Jada sits down with her mother, Adrienne Banfield-Jones, and daughter, Willow Smith, at the titular red table to talk about current events and interview celebrities. In the show’s short run, there have already been plenty of buzzworthy moments, from a heart-wrenching interview with Common to frank discussions about Jada’s marriage to Will Smith, which has been the subject of tabloid buzz on more than one occasion. Here are the Red Table Talk confessions that shook us to the core.

Willow smith is a spoiled brat that comes from money and fame , and knows no other life , put her ass in the hood for a week she will learn to appreciate her fame and lifestyle, she says she cutt her arm because she couldn't deal with the fame of "I whip my hair" she says she didnt want to only be in that box. Ok so you get of it, and do something new .and shes stupid for not going to her parents with all of that , Will and Jada are the type of over and understanding parents .

Thank you so much for your sharing and honesty. I grew up with brutal parents and suffer from PTSD in my 60s. I grew up watching Will and Jada, their shows and interviews always made me smile and brought some hope. As an Army Brat traveling the world, I was constantly having to evolve and adapt to new surroundings and befriended those who were also, experiencing ridicule (me because I was new and short, my friends were minorities or odd). My niece use to cut herself and my parents always justified their abuse, saying this is the way we were raised. I decided, I needed to be better than my parents, and teach others how to achieve excellence in their lives and not be satisfied with what they know (like Will reading book after book after book). I looked to learn how to become the most effective leader, manager, teacher and coach.

@@joly457 Thanks! That makes sense. We're not doing regular cable anymore, so it's a cheap family plan for us, along with Hulu and HBO, etc. (KZfaqrs do still make money from Premium users, but it's not always as much as they would have made from ads, individually. depending on how many subs/views they get. So it's more of a deal for the ones who struggle to find sponsors or talk about adult subjects/use adult language, whose videos are frequently demonetized because of it.) I admire Jada for doing this show because every time I watch an episode I learn something. They all think differently than others, a lot of times society wants us to be robots and think the same, act the same & for us to never step outside of the box. Society wants us to just fall in line with whatever everyone else is doing and saying. If you think differently or do not agree with someone else's opinion you are branded or even threaten. You get stripped of your dignity. It's a shame, we all have our own minds and how we think, we need to start using them and not be afraid of what people might think or do.

Okay, just WOW!!! I am hardly on FB anymore, and so this is my first intro to Red Table Talk!!! Bless both Jaden and Willow for struggling with what they wanted, but didn't know they didn't want kind of things with the movie and the song, But at the same time, the struggles or just dislikes or whatever they went through also helped shape who they are today, and that is definitely where no regrets comes into play big time!!!! Our struggles usually make us stronger and therefore be looked at after the trauma is cleared as a positive!!! It was cool to see Will and Jada open up more about who they are as a couple and what they do to keep their marriage fresh, and the like. It is super refreshing to see them admit and express their own struggles and/or differences that they work at making a change at!!
@KG-bliss
@KG-bliss 4 жыл бұрын
Jada..you are one in a million...when you said " because we are women, there should be an understanding and familiarity to the struggle of another ...and to be part of creating struggle for another woman is CRIMINAL".... that is HUGE! in fact, a lot of things us women go thru are an indirect or direct cause by another woman or from another woman...and I pledge I will not be part of creating a struggle for another woman...

Gabriel and Jada still never admitted the real reason they stop communicating for 17 years. While women can easily guess it to be about that woman code where a women just may not like each other on a superficial level; I am 90% sure that it had something to do with petty feelings that Jada had with pretty Gabby working that close with Will on the Bad Boys set and yes, I feel the same certainty that Gabby may have been crushing on her costar and of course playful flirt Will took notice of her. It could not have been easy for the women to be around each other feeling that tension. So it was easier to part ways w/o speaking for years. Good on Jada to muster of courage to bring them back together for a discussion. But really I get they still will not be BFFs after their sit down. It is just a woman thing that you have to leave outside the door and walk away from.

Well, a while back Gabrielle admitted to being a total bitch for a while and needed to work on herself. She was talking trash about the someone and her trainer said, "so, did you get the job, the guy or a bigger house after trashing that woman?" or something like that and then she realised she had to stop being a woman-hater. Jada too nice to rake her over the coals about it all...
@sammyytube5999
@sammyytube5999 4 жыл бұрын
The unspoken tension between Gabriel and Jada during the time that Gabriel worked with Will on the set of bad boys are facts and based on other tidbits that came out back in the day. Not saying that Will and Gabby had some affair. But they had an uncomfortable chemistry, and Gabby and Jada knew the real reason. Even after Red Table Talk, the two are not going back to a close friendship with Will always in the mix. And don't even bother to ask Gabby if she would have come back for the Bad Boys movie sequel if she was asked.

@Fly by night The whole point of her saying that she needs to work on it is because it is a trigger...she literally said she was disrespected by women who were white and blonde and she's carrying these insecurities with her and she needs to WORK on it...Did you not listen? It's not like she woke up racist... she had a trauma and its causing her to stereotype and she is trying to fight that stereotype and NOT mislabel and demonize all blonde, white women. That is called progress...What? you want her to lie about what she is trying to better herself on. Don't stifle the concept of growth and healing because it's uncomfortable to hear. (SOME) BLONDE WHITE WOMEN MADE HER FEEL BAD AND NOW SHE IS NEEDS TO HEAL FROM THAT. Hence the confession.

In the end the pain killed her. Willow is so fake. There is a lot of superficial stories on the red table. I love you sis. I miss you every day.😭😭😭😭 The smith's need a reality check.
