Jade is molten lava level hot...but, Argenti is a very solid dps. I've never regretting pulling for Argenti, so if you're on the fence I highly recommend him.

I have Argenti too, he’s definitely solid and reliable. His only weakness is he relies on Energy Buffers and right now, Tingyun’s strength is starting to fall off compared to the new 5 star Harmonies. This limits his ability to be strong in Destruction Favored End Game modes. Huohuo is good but we need a 5 Star Tingyun that buffs Crit and Ultimate Damage for him to go crazy. Jade’s advantage over him right now is that FUA teams have been getting a lot of buffs lately so she has a looooot of options for support and 2nd dps. Her weakness is she relies on E1 to play Destruction favored Late Game so she is a higher investment if you want her outside PF, SU and DU. While Argenti just needs good Energy batteries. Argenti for low investment, Jade if you can invest more. Farming for 1 dps is easier than farming for 2 dps. Argenti’s advantage is, instead of E1 jade, you can get a Energy Battery Harmony instead. Argenti in this sense is a better pull imo.

Pulling for Argenti because of the story mainly, I love his character and he saved Aventurine lol so yeah. Also, his ultimate is super cool, there’s nobody else like him in the game. He is amazing for farming and Pure Fiction, both things that you will probably be doing often, esp farming. I use my friend’s Argenti as a support every day for farming. So I definitely think he has a lot of value.

I feel like Jade's biggest niche is when she is paired with Herta. Both Herta's skill and follow-up attacks 5 enemies at once which procs Jade's follow-up attacks very oftenly, and that's not even considering the fact that a strong Jade could take enemies down to half health which procs Herta's FUA again. I'm sure every SU player has Herta E6 which already is a very cheap investment to do

I would argue blade, he loses hp twice per attack, including ultimate, because of her skill. Even though his basics and ultimate are 3 targets, having a third source of stacks in his follow up while also making them happen more often sounds very strong.

@@maxvieira2595 even if Blade has Jade's HP reduction, he takes 3 skills for 1 Jade FUA and 1 of his own FUA (assuming he doesn't get hit). Herta, however, takes 1 skill (if built strong enough) to proc her FUA, Jade FUA and potentially her FUA again.

@@decept1onn For pure fiction, assuming there are always 5 enemies and you can get them below 50% every attack, yes, but that is only the best scenario, on average you are not going to get this.

@@maxvieira2595 I mean, if there are fewer than 3 enemies on field then both Blade and Herta are equally terrible at activating Jade's FUA, with the exception of Blade's unique FUA activation if he is hit. Though, in PF really the only time you'll get fewer than 5 enemies at once is if you are at the end of a wave. Elite enemies usually don't enter battle alone in PF but instead with at least 2-4 other enemies side-by-side who keeps respawning for at least 1 wave, so while Herta cannot take down the elite enemy in 1 wave, she can proc from the remaining enemies and slowly deal damage instead.

Once we have a 5 star Tingyun Argenti will be a monster but that's playing the long game i agree it's better not to pull for neither but if you really do need then jade is the better option since her team comp is near complete so she has options and Argenti hasn't really started

jade is a hybrid dps, support who have synergy to herta himeko and future erudition dps argenti is just a pure nuke dps (altho at both e0, argenti is flexible in moc and AS)

Just wait for Sparkle's Rerun and improve your teamcomps better long term wise. She can make even Himeko, Herta, Jingyuan and Clara perform better. She can even improve your Bronya hypercarry team comps.

I have both and have used both in the current pure fiction, I think Argenti is better value overall. Jade is strictly PF and she's not really that much better than Argenti at it. However Argenti can still function in other game modes like a less useful Acheron. Plus Argenti is great at farming calyxes which is just free money everyday if you put him as a support.

Do keep in mind that Jade can give herself a ton of crit dmg (up to 120% at 50 stacks of pawned asset) which makes her quite a bit easier to build. Since you only really need to focus on Crit Rate, and let her give herself crit dmg.

Number 1: Dont think that having free Crit Stats is a good thing. Look at the characters scalings and utility (Long term things) as that are the things being sacrificed for more crit Number 2: Argenti has 25 Crit Rate. Arguably also easy to build (Lower CV but he also has higher scaling) Number 3: Jade has abuse potential with future characters that enables her to attack more frequently + some Spd utility. Argenti by all means is a very basic DPS Imo Jade has a much more interesting future. Argenti is similar to DHIL in my eyes. DHIL peaked with Sparkle and has little room to grow. I can see another Support that buffs Energy that would be peak Argenti strength, after that i dont see any room to grow.

@@erelghania355 I definitely agree with basically everything you said. Whilst Jade tends to average around 200% crit dmg with all 50 stacks, her lower scalings make her still do the same amount of damage as Argenti. It also takes Jade a decent bit to build up all her stacks, meaning you lose out on precious dps in the start. However, similar to Topaz, I think Jade definitely has more room to grow in the future, like you said. Jade is also more flexible in teams, since she can either Hypercarry or act as a Sub dps/amplifier. Overall, it really falls down to, Pull who you want, and who you think would fit your account better.

Pretty obviously Jade who has better investment potential. She feels in a similar position to Topaz right now with some limited team options but she works well enough with Herta/Himeko and even Blade to easily 40k PF. She'll probably open more double dps Erudition comps and we'll likely get someone who greatly synergises with her soon that puts Argenti and Jingyuan to shame in overall pf performance

Don't forget Argenti doesn't have his Bis 5 star Tingyun yet it's a lot easier for jade since the follow up comp is almost complete Argenti's comp hasn't set sail yet we just need that 5* character that manipulates energy (huo huo doesn't count)

I pull argenti due to how he works and unique his kit is, simple yet complex I do say argenti can compete jingliu or IL but problem is he still doesn't have a limited support that functions like tingyun, he's pretty underrated, the cleave is extremely nice, single target dps is pretty strong despite being a erudition character and he's easy to dish out a ton of damage unlike jingyuan waiting for his lightling lord I clear apocalyptic shadow by using a break hypercarry argenti and that's says that he's good with break teams as well due to his cleaving abilities and his 2nd stae ult can do a ton of damage with good amounts of investment As for jade, she can be a very interesting character, she's a sub dps but also acts as a support at the same time. I think she can be pretty strong on FUA teams but it depends she can synergies robin well since she's the best support for FUA. I think not since that will make her spd buff disappear faster that can affect her prefomance overall. Ruan mei is out of question because she's made for break teams and jade doesn't atk as frequently to provide enough value In the end, i think argenti is the better pull due to his cleaving abilities can help you time and time when the enemies summons a shit ton of mobs while jade is mostly for some wacky combos or if you're a blade main, jade is obviously a must pull to improve his damage

I was stoked to pull for Jade hut now that i see that Argenti is on a rerun, i am contemplating on do i wanna have him for physical dps coz recently my clara is struggling to hit the aoe physical. But on the plus side PF mode seems to find a way for u to poay without having to must use physical despite all the enemies weak to physical....so is it still wise to pull for him ? I do love jades playstyle which she can help Clara too so now i am "Jaded" (pun intended) as to what to pull for 😂😂😂

Not worth it unless you're using it on him or maybe Serval. Argenti's an ultimate based Erudition character, whereas the majority of Erudition characters are follow-up based (Herta, Himeko, Jing Yuan, and now Jade). Slapping his light cone one of those characters will buff their ults, sure, but their overall DPS falls off cuz it's not their main source of damage.

Get Sparkle to make your Clara and other teams better long term investment wise. Sparkle can make Clara a Skill spam Hypercarry instead of just relying on Clara's Burst and Waiting for enemies to take their turns. And Sparkle and Tingyun are enough for her Supports, since their buffs also benefit Follow up types of DPS, like Dr Ratio too.

The answer is Firefly. You just slap her with Himeko and... well, PF should be done. And outside of PF Jade barely has any value (well if you're the one who's still coping about Blade's comeback... maybe, but I won't recommend. Though I think she might make him good for PF) while Firefly destroys everything and will destroy everything for quite a while judging by how the break meta works.

A little bit of correction: if you can afford E1, have a built-up full FUA team and manage to get her LC, then yeah, she will be good in general, but it's four premium units with premuim builds.
