Can i ask if u can customize the size of the texts...?? I really need very small texts to fit a 1*1 inch cabochon..your reply is appreciated.

Yes, you can customize the size of the text, but you'll have to trim the labels smaller since they are pre cut.

Jewelry label? I don't think it has labels that small. I'm not sure.

I don't know how you would do that. I don't think the app has that.

I lost the charger for mine. I tried other C type charger and it won't charge at all. Does yours charge with other C type chargers?

Needs to be a 5v usb c charger. If you have a usb a to usb c cable, it should work.

It can do pretty small to where it's difficult to read.

A fixed length label size instead of continuous strip you can cut to preferred length is an astonishingly ill-considered design choice and a deal killer :/

Though it does make cleaner labels if you can fit them on the labels.
