Sancho has been at United for 3 whole years and done nothing. Earning 350 k a week, lacking work rate in games and obviously also in training as he also did for England and Dortmund. ETH gives an honest answer to a journalist about why he's not playing - and simply says cause he did not do well enough in training this week which is a very fair reason. Sancho takes this as a personal attack instead of working harder to justify playing and his absurd price and wages. ETH gave the guy a damned 3 month break earlier to get his mentality together and yet this is what happened. Absolute self entitled joke of a player with obvious talent.

I see what you're saying but as a ManUtd fan I'm personally absolutely done with waiting and hoping for players on IN-SANE money to come good just because they've supposedly got good potential and they're young. It's enough, we need to buy quality and whenever we can't or we decide to go for potential, then we need that potential to keep its head down and talk with their football. I feel for the guy he's apparently had quite a hard time over the past couple of years as far as mega millionaire early 20 somethings can have a hard time. But it's his shit to sort out at this point, ETH has been more than understanding and has given him literal months off when he needed a break following his snub for england last year. The guy is just a spoiled brat and we can't afford that there's enough turmoil around the pitch across the entire club we need the lads to at least work together with the manager.

What in the world have you seen to believe that Garnacho is a right winger? He's played there once and was absolutely lost, he's a definite left winger. Antony's one trick is getting real old real fast but he's got 1000% more work ethics on the pitch that Sancho ever showed. If anything give Pellistri a chance, he's our only wide winger with an eye for a cross and our no 9s have always starved upfront.

Every so often we get players who are actually brilliant, but their upbringings are dysfunctional enough to make them sociopaths. These are the kind of players who on their day can be the best in the world. But here's the rub... they need the fate / luck of a manager/ team to allow their talent to flourish (often the only way they develop consistency over their selfish impulses). Sancho had that at Dortmund, but not at Man U... and sadly, this is the end result we see when a club's support system doesn't work with a challenging personality.

I would like to be the first to pre emptively congratulate Jadon for turning his career around and winng 6 Ballon Dors ina row, scoring the winner in the Euro Final, and MOTM performance in WC Final But seriously though, I know you sort of mentioned him being 'sensitive' but I think there's a lot more to be said about rumoured mental health problems and the decision of the coach to publicly criticise... I'm not sure that's the right approach. Saw a comment below where a LFC fan said they felt they'd dodged a bullet missing out on Sancho... I feel like a different management style (Klopp) might have had a different outcome. I feel sorry for him. I think in this whole thing and tension, I would blame Ten Hag for the most part with how it went down. He publically ousted Jadon Sancho and that's what started this whole thing in the first place. If he indeed as you think and being lazy, which turns out to be true to the whole public now, Ten Hag should've told the board "I want this player gone in the next window" and kept it under wraps instead of publicizing and starting this whole tension. What he has done and the result of this is one player that won't be willing to play for the club and have tension with the manager now, causing the dressing room to be shaken. Not only that, because he publicized this and Jadon Sancho retaliated, this caused the media to shove their heads into practices to prove that Jadon Sancho hasn't been training as well compared to others. This means that by the next transfer window, Jadon Sancho will be significantly devalued, and even some clubs who want to buy him will pull out completely thanks to his work ethics being revealed to the world. So instead of keeping it under wraps and selling the player off for 50m in the winter transfer window, Ten Hag now makes it so that barely anybody would touch Sancho with a 10 meter stick, or when they do, Man United would get like 20m at most from the deal. If this whole situation didn't start via Ten Hag publically criticizing Sancho, then the media would probably never have poked and prodded into Sancho's situation in the first place and devaluing him, making it difficult for Man United to get rid of him if that was Ten hag's plan. For me, terrible situation all round for all sides. Ten Hag loses in the sense that he will now have tension with a player and need to get them shipped off asap similar to Cristiano Ronaldo last year, Jadon Sancho gets exposed for his laziness and now he will have to fight back these criticism, and Man United wouldn't be able to sell Jadon Sancho at a higher price because he's been devalued thanks to all the expose. (Doesn't help Man United also have Antony to deal with too with his investigation, but we move)
@Kelvinator-8 ай бұрын
Ten Hag was asked about Sancho and he gave an honest response. If he lied, Sancho makes the same post, this time he will be telling the truth. If he didn't comment, the media will make up stories. Managers have said worse things about players. Pep call the unforgotten DM they signed overweight, Mou destroyed Shaw and other players, etc, but you know why no one talks about them, because those players kept their heads down. Sancho has a history of being unprofessional, and Ten Hag doesn't take nonsense and has dealt with Players has have done more for the club like Rashford, Garnacho and even Ronaldo. Sancho has been shit under 3 United managers already, it is time for United to get rid of him as he is just not cut out for English football. Probably explains why Southgate was so reluctant to play him despite him being world-class at BvB.
@Grim_enigma8 ай бұрын
tbh disregarding the Antony court case, how many games does Antony have to under perform for ten hag to try someone else. also ten hag doesnt have the best track record of being truthful "im happy he's staying, Maguire is in my plans" sat on the bench the whole time. Jadon shouldnt have retaliated but its clear that regardless of what Antony does if he is legally and physically able to start, ten hag starts him regardless of results. in preseason Jadon was a not bad false 9, season starts...Rashford is the striker. people may say "oh but its just preseason" ok then well last season Rashford was ass a striker anyway. so what does he think doing the same thing again will magically work this time? also if he had no intention of Sancho playing false 9 then why play him there, play Rashford or play an academy kid.
@Kelvinator-8 ай бұрын
@@Grim_enigma Antony has shit end-product but does more for the team than Sancho ever can. Sancho straight up disappears in games. He is worse than post-injury Martial. He was also shit as a false 9 in preseason, scoring only one goal and that was from an Arsenal mistake. He has no hope in the striker role since Hojlund and Martial will start ahead of him. Playing him as a RW with Rashford as a LW means we have two wingers that don't like to trackback. He can't even compete with Rashford and Garnacho on the left and is too lazy to play as a midfielder in our system.
@SylvieTheCuteSylveon8 ай бұрын
@@Kelvinator- Me personally from Ten Hag's perspective, I would've just said "His time will come to make an appearance, and I am very sure when the time comes, he will be sure to take it as well as possible and move aside the criticism" I didn't comment on Sancho's laziness, but I didn't necessarily offend Sancho in anyway either to spark this in the first place. The media tends to let Sancho off a lot more, especially English media, because he is from England. It has been proven time and time again how many times the media is keen on bullying the hell out of Bruno Fernandes, but he is literally the first player to create 10 key chances in one game, along with one of the only players in Man United who are consistent in terms of creating chances for the forwards whilst back when Jack Grealish flopped, the media kept putting him on their wings and murmur that he will improve (which in all fairness he did). The whole point here to me at least from my perspective is looking at this and think "What's the best way to keep at least more than 1 side happy" because in this case, nobody from all 3 sides, Man United, Ten Hag and Sancho are happy. It's a lose-lose-lose.

What about Fernandes, Casemiro, Eriksen, Martinez, Zlatan, Mata etc those players did well for Man Utd but because ur small club was tortured so much by Man Utd, u obviously don't wanna give them credit 😂

Sadly Sancho went to a toxic club unlike Bellingham and Haaland. This Utd is a career-killer. 😢

Sadly sancho has not put in any effort, never showed any level of skill in this league. If sancho was a good player he would have stood out, but he has regularly played in his favourite position, he was given a chance in a different position when not performing, and has looked best as a false 9. He needs to go to a lower level league like Germany or France where his lack of pace and skill won’t be a hindrance.
