Roasted soybean powder is a very common ingredient in Korea.
You can buy this at a Korean mart in your country.
This is very savory, rich in grain flavor.

▶ Ingredients (6 Scones)
(Bean flour crumble)
20 g of butter,
20g of brown sugar,
10 g of bread flour,
10 g of roasted soybean powder
20 g almond powder,
A pinch of salt
1) Put soft butter, brown sugar, strong powder, roasted soybean powder, almond powder and salt at room temperature.
2) Rub your fingers together and mix them together until you get them together.
3) Rest the refrigerator until it is completely cold and hard.
* If you bake in a state where the crumble is not completely hardened, it will not spread in the oven.

110g cake flour, (can be replaced with pastry flour)
80 g of all-purpose flour,
8g matcha powder,
100 g of butter,
5g baking powder,
40 g of sugar,
1 g of salt,
90 g yogurt,
50g white Chocolate Chips
1) Put all-purpose flour, cake flour, matcha powder, baking powder, sugar and salt on the workbench.
2) Add the cold butter sliced into cubes and chop it with two scrapers until it is about the size of a grain of rice.
3) Add cold yogurt and mix as if cut with a scraper.
4) If you can hardly see the powder, add white chocolate chips and mix lightly.
5) Once the lump is rough, use a scraper to cut the dough in half and stack them. Press it flat with your palm and cut it in half and repeat it three times.
6) Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and flatten it to 2cm thick and let it rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour until the dough hardens in the refrigerator.
7) Divide the hardened dough into 6 pieces with a knife or scraper.
8) Put plenty of crumbles on the top of the scones.
9) Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes in a preheated oven. (Unox Convection Oven)
* Airfryer: Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, turn over and bake again for 10 minutes.
