You might consider solar panels for electricity. At least enough to defray the cost from the utility.

I was thinking the same exact same thing. Especially living in Texas you get a considerable amount of sunshine year round

If you want to do non weather affecting small fish, rice fish are probably the best. In NJ I leave them outside. They've been out there for 2 years now. They are in a 80 gallon tub. They've been through solid ice all the way up to 100 with 100% humidity. They've been getting very popular and breed like crazy..

Glad to see everything went smoothly - actually was checking up on quiet channels the other day so great to see you’re able to get some content out. Maybe a cool project for you would be some weather resistant guppies? Instead of colour focus on getting them to withstand colder temps - may be more appealing for those wanting to do an unheated tank in their house? Just a thought - best of luck

Hey Jason, When you take guppy videos put the light from an angle from the top so that your viewers can see their true colour. This is because many Guppies strains have reflective colours. Light from the exact top won't show up their true colours. I am a show guppy breeder from Canada and this is what I have learned from our fish club and my own experience.

Just placed an order for a Super Dragon Dumbo Ear pair and a Blue Dragon pair, so excited to receive them! If all goes well, will be getting 2 pair of the Dumbo Red Mosaics and RB Red Roses next 🙂

Hey I'm going to buy some of your super dragon soon! My tank just started establishing and it's being put together for SPECIFICALLY your guppies. They just look pretty genuinely cute. I'm thinking about getting a second tank for another variety but idk what yet Is there any way to buy a second female? I was struggling to figure that out on your site, and I actually want more females than males because I like them more

@jadrenaquatics Are those small cubes used for displaying fish in videos or do you breed them in that size tank? I’m curious because I’m slowly scaling up my fish room to support more strains of guppies. I’m low in space, so my setup needs to be well planned out. Thanks!
