In this video, I have my hands on one of the coolest watches I had for a review. The Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso Duoface REF. Q3848422. I will explain why I think this JLC Reverso Duo is an underrated traveler watch and better than regular GMT watches. This is the watch with "two faces" and possibly the best grail watch.

I absolutely love this watch, I've wanted one for quite a while, though this year their entry level prices went out of the realm of potentially affordable, and into the realm of much better choices.

Thanks Phil. The watch is incredible and can be a great addition to any collection. But you're right. Their prices went up dramatically.

@@OneManReviews Wonderful watches, and my favorite brand apart from Panerai. But almost 8K CAD for an entry level doesn't work for me, a humble public servant.

Yes, it's crazy. But at the same time look at Omega. Their basic DeVille now starts at around 6K CAD and the Speedmaster at 9K CAD. That also moves Omega from fairly affordable luxury brand to another realm.

@@MisterKnightly there’s an entry level watch and then there’s an entry level Jaeger-LeCoultre. The least expensive Reverso within their catalogue is surely a fully resolved watch, a timeless esthetic.

I’ve got the same one and am absolutely in love with it!!! Great review 🙏🙏🙏. Thinking about a Polaris next. JLC is pure class whilst the “👑” is …. Well…. common…. oops… I mean popular😏😏😏😏. Let the hater’s response begin 🤣🤣🤣

Yes, I think that JLC is awesome and very underrated considering the brand power, quality, price ratio. Now I want one in my collection. Lol.

I purchased this model last year just as the price went up for the second time that year. Luckily I knew the dealer had purchased it before the price rise so I negotiated a £1,000 discount. Since then the prices has gone up again and would now be out of my price range. Great watch though, one I'll keep forever.

weird that ive always felt the black face should be set to home time, and the white dial with a date to current location... i know where i am whther its am or pm... i need the home face to tell me am/pm so i know whether its ok to for example call someone home, also wherever i am i wanna know the date with a first glance, wouldnt wanna switch to home time just to check the current date... especially if its a different timezone and calculate whether or not a day has passed compared to hometime.. or wonder whether the home time is indeed ahead of my travel location... i mean im just blowing my own mind lol

With this watch, I would have the white dial as my main and home dial. The black one would be for traveling.
