Welcome to Jafffa Adventures where Jill and Terry take off for a half year trip through the remote regions of South Australia and Western Australia on a camping and 4WD odyssey. In this video we continue along the Canning Stock Route between Wells 34 and 39. This episode is all about changes, the changing landscapes that we encounter in one of the prettiest sections of the Canning. Come join us on the adventure!

Interesting hearing a bit about your lives. We have something in common since my wife and I met at university living in the same dorm. She also studied microbiology and went on to be a Medical Scientisit. Loved the video as always :)

Well, this Tag along is here again! As others have said, I'm loving both the story time & of course the adventures as usual. I didn't get a close look at that fury plant, but there used top be one around when I was a kid we called "Lambs Tongue" (or lambs ear?) that was light green & velvety. Not sure it's the same but Jill's description sure sounds like it. (I think it was a flatter plant though?) Thanks again, Cheers! 👍

Cheers David, I’m glad it resonates with you mate. The Bundutop is the standard size. It set the large on the roof rack when I was selecting a tent years ago, and it hung over the edges too far. Thanks for the kind words mate, that means a lot to us. We never did find out what happened to the vehicle on the tilt tray, he was travelling in the opposite direction to us, and we were camped up at that spot for a couple of days so did not meet any passersby with news either. Cheers

@@JafffaAdventures Thanks, I figured that was the case.... When I was at Durba Spring a few days after you (12th of June), there was a guy there in a Landcruiser with a stuffed gearbox, he had to wait 10 days for that old Bedford? tilt-tray to come fetch him, (I believe it's based in Newman)... The story I was told was the delay was due to the tilt tray being busy fetching a burnt out vehicle from Kunawarritji, but from your video I assume it was up there fetching the vehicle in your video... It's interesting to connect the dots..
