I love music videos. They're so much easier to narrate. I don't want to upset anyone by not providing commentary about what I'm doing or where this build is going... and this is the video where all that stuff comes together. Quite frankly, I missed you. I really enjoy these little talks we share.
In this video is a little fabrication, maintenance, comparison and assembly. Un-boxings, cleanup, break-fix... Variety! You know... The stuff that keeps happening as you wrap up any build. It's not a longblock until it has manifolds, and a turbo build has a few more things than just that in order to make it complete. My attention has now turned towards preparing the chassis and accessories for installation and I promise there will be more involved videos following this one for the hardcore auto techs. Whether you're watching or wrenching on this one, all this stage does is create anxiety for wanting to hurry up and finish the install, but don't rush. Do it right!
These are the non-reusable parts for the turbo install. ALL of the other part numbers in the video were shown:

MD132933 x8 Turbo Spring Washers

found this same exact hole stripped when I took my manifold off. This video helped me quickly find the correct thread repair kit. I appreciate that you always show part numbers in your videos, they have helped me quickly find parts that would have normally taken alot of googling.

Man, that cat loves those drill bits. Also, I think your method of video shooting/editing is spot on. Sharing pertinent information that is synched with the video, some comic relief, sped up to get though long wrenching sessions but slowed to show important details, etc. There are few, if any, car tech related videos that I enjoy watching more.

Hey sir just wanted to say I have always enjoyed the info in your videos. Very detailed and spoken in plain English. But most of all I really enjoy the love and passion you have for your rides. I too am not in the auto field when it comes to my full time gig. So I understand the extra time it takes out of your day. To be honest I do not nor have I ever owned a DSM car. Keep them coming sir.

You have more fun doing this than appears. Helps balance the otherwise serious nature and tedium that comes along for the ride. I know of no one that goes into the detail you do. This makes for a more informative video. Your humor isn’t lost either. Keeps it interesting and fun. You go and press on Jafro!👍🏻😊

i cant wait to see this thing put together. you have given me the spirit to re-do my turbo install the right way with spring washers! hopefully the manifold will stay attached this time...
