Hey James, thanks for the comment! The climate will only blow air through the vents, warming the cabin and clearing the screens, which it does very well. Heated screens and seats will not operate in this mode. Hope that helps!

I've seen this before. Normally, the car needs reseting in the dealer/retailer. Once rebooted, it works fine.

Hello thanks for the comment. The car needs to have incontrol touch pro which is the 10inch touch screen for apple car play, you cant upgrade. The app will work for you ! However you will need to call Jaguar UK to set this up at roughly £30 a year. Retailers cant set this up once out of warranty. Hope that all helps .thanks

Hi, yes it will do. it was introduced late 2015. However its runs out after warranty period and will need to be renewed on the jaguar UK website. Costs roughly £30 Hope that helps

@@spig021 hi. On the left side of the steering wheel press menu. Then find display via the driver display area, go to Units and select temperature and change to either one. Hope that helps

Hi, yes this system is signal based. If you or the car has no or low signal it wont connect. Worst case the car will need resetting at the retailer as this can happen. Good luck!

@@justcapture1322 the Jaguar XE was the first car in the range to have this feature. The car will have internet connection for this feature as this is in built with all Jaguars.... your thinking of the separate internet connection which is an optional extra.

Hi thanks for the comment. You need to make sure you have the newer Jaguar XF mark 3 (2015-present) this has the tech. The car has a secret sim that is embedded into the chassis somewhere. If you download the app it will prompt you to set up, if it does not work then it is not compatible with your car. Let me know how you get on!

Hiya, if you have the 8" screen it would be unlikely to have the feature. It would of been an optional extra. If you cant find it on the screen when you swipe left you would know its hasn't got it. Also in the boot you would have a black box where you would place the sim card. Hope this helps

You didn't need to have the bigger screen. The car just had to be 2016 onwards .

Hi, no you can't, reason is the car is not in gear and also the gear shift does not raise to allow you to put it Into a gear. After 30 minutes it also stops.

Hi cigar113. Nothing will happen if you let this expire, the only thing is you wont be able to use the app to it's full potential ie start the car up via the app. Jaguar charge around £15-30 to renew. You will not lose any features in the car and it will work as normal. Thanks

This may be because you need to resubscribe. Will cost £38 a year. If not is your car a Manuel? As this only works with autos.

You would log in to your app and then add car. It would then ask for the Vin number and connect to the car. You would be asked to press and hold the assistance button in the car and this is how they connect. To one another. Or get your local retailer to do it for you.
