Just scooped up my 15 XF 5.0 SC. So you did the rear rez and muffler delete only? Not that front rez closer to front correct?

I currently have a 2015 Q50 Infiniti and I love the reliability of the 3.7, I just want more power. I see a 2012 XFR for sale in my area for around $13k with 40k miles and no issues. Would it be worth it to grab it? I see you say keep up the maintenance in the comments, I do, I drive a lot though. Would this be a good car for me? And about how big is the cabin? I’m 6”5

Do I still have that mid pipe second resonator on mine with no mufflers. I get this annoying whining sound and normal driving 30mph-60mph. Do you get this after removing that resonator?

You don't know this, but to prove I was - I actually have a old youtube channel under the name of LeggacyHD that was subscribed to you since the very beginning of the "Hilton" days! I'm assuming you're talking about and button to be pressed - If so - I personally wouldn't get one because I live for hearing the sound of the beautiful Supercharged V8, but if you did get one make sure it's a high quality product so it works properly. These cars have a lot of compression in the pipes!

I know I’m a bit late but maybe I can help… Ive owned my 2010 XFR for almost 2 years now when I purchased it I had 50k miles and in those almost 2 years I’m now at the 70k miles mark the car is still performing very strong with no actual mechanical issues hindering its performance. I will mention this car is flooded with SENSORS and with time they go bad up to date Ive had Battery Regulator, Cruise control, and Brake sensors go out I have only replaced the brake sensors hence I know why that is bad other than that the other two haven’t affected performance or my enjoyment. Side note: I perform a oil change every 3k miles these cars are known for timing chain problems so just maintain it well man, goodluck!

A straight pipe is from your engine all the way to the rear. You just have a muffler delete lol. But sounds good still.

This is actually a very good question because on my previous jag (2012 Jaguar Xf 5.0N/A) I had as bit of drone from doing the same delete. On this Jag I haven't had a single problem with any sort of drone.

If so install a X-Pipe I’m the place of the resonator and or make the 24 inch “BRANCH chain RESONATORS” and there will be NO resonance at all! 🔥🔥🔥

@@kyscreation3114 I did back box delete on mine. If you take the cats off it sets off the warning lights on the dash. That means a MOT ( yearly road worthy test in the UK) fail in the UK. Mine cruises at 70mph at 1400 rpm and does not drone. At 1600 rpm the thunder starts!

Purchased this car back in November of 2019! About a year and a half now. No issues - just make sure you keep up with maintenance!

Cls 55 are a bit older now. I know of them and their engine platform, but not to a T like the Jaguar XFR. As long as you do regular maintenance on your jaguar you'll be okay!

Don't forget the dyno. Get the maf sensor back on track. The tune will be worth it in the long run.

If your looking to max out your xfr Air filters Tune stage 3 15% increase to hp Supercharger pulley upgrade Custom manifolds Muffler delete Close to 600 hp my xfr nada else u can do

I bought my xfr 2 years ago and it was straight pipe!! Too loud!!! Over 100+ decibels ! I had to put MAGNAFLOWS because a law just passes here in LA That the ticket is 1k 😫 nice car tho !!

That sounds obnoxious. Would sound much better with a small resonator on each pipe near the tips. Would still be just as loud and crackling. But it would shape the sound a bit better than straight pipes.

To each their own! I'm a huge fan of the more sound - the better! V8 or higher that is LOL V6 and below can get a little too crazy for me
