આનાથી સસ્તું તે ભાઈ ને ના પોસાય ભાઈ સારું ખાવું તો ભાવ તે બનાવવા વાળા ને પરવડે તો થાય બાકી અમૂલ,માહી ને વનસ્પતિ ઘી સસ્તું જ છે તે ખવાય .

ઘી ચોખ્ખું એ વાત સાચી પણ આ બધા ઘી ના ભાવ આટલા બધા ઉંચા કેમ છે એ સમજાતું નથિ ગામડા ગામ માં ઘરઘરાવ ગાય નું ઘી તમને 1000 રૂપિયા નું કિલો મળી જાય છે અને આ લોકો એના ત્રણ ગણા રૂપિયા લે છે ઘણા વૈદિક ઘી કહી ને 3200 રૂપિયા સુધી કિલો ના લઇ લે છે થોડી માહિતી આપશો આનંદ ભાઇ 🙏

This is pure Ghee there is no doubt but not traditional style. So owners said this all process is pure and 100% hygenic for health. In old tradition first of all in village they made Daahi(yogurt) and with walona ( old grinding system) they take out Makkhan(butter) and they do hard boil on desi chulha...so it is pure natural process... Any way the way they do it is also clean+ healthyest way and all care about customers who can use this Ghee in their daily food. Thanks Anandbhai👍

Anandbhai તમે video ખૂબ મહેનતથી અને સરસ બનાવ્યો છે પણ આ ઘી ડબલ filtered છે જેની જરૂર છેજ નઈ. જો દૂધ ગાળીને વાપરવામાં આવે તો પેહલી વખતજ ઘી ગાળ્યા પછી કિટુ સિવાય કઈ બચે નહીં. Why double filter and go through heat second time at a fix temperature? મોડર્ન machines વાપર્યા પછી એ traditional ક્યાંથી કેહવાઈ? No doubt it's a new venture so must be pure.

જય ગૌમાતા જય દ્વારકાધીશ ભાઈ આ વિડીયો મા તમે ઘી સારી રીતે બનાવો છો અને બનાવવાની રીત પણ સમજાવી પણ તમે એ ના સમજાવ્યું કે કેટલા દુધમાંથી કેટલું ધી બને કેટલાક મીત્રો કોમેન્ટ મા પુછતા હોય છે કે કેમ આટલુ મોંઘુ ઘી છે આને દેશી ના કહેવાય પણ અત્યાર ના આધુનિક યુગમાં આને દેશીજ કહેવાય ટુકમા એક ઉદાહરણ આપું આપણે પહેલા દેશી કપડા પહેરતા અત્યારે આપણે જીન્સ પેન્ટ ટી-શર્ટ પહેરી છીએ એટલે આપણે વીદેશી થોડા કહેવાય સંસ્કાર તો આપણા દેશ ના જ હોય હું પણ દેશી ગાયો રાખું છુ પણ ઘી નથી વેચતા હા દુધ આપીછી ૮૦ રૂપિયા લીટર કારણ કે દેશી ગાયના ૩૫ લીટર દૂધ માંથી એક કિલો ઘી થાય છે એટલે ઘી વેચવું મોંઘુ પડે હા ભેસ નું દશ લીટર દૂધ માંથી એક કિલો ઘી થાય એમા ફેટ વધારે હોય એટલે એ સસ્તુ પડે દેશી ગાયો રાખતા મિત્રો કેટલા લીટર દૂધ માથી કેટલુ ઘી બને તેનો હિસાબ કરી ને જ ધી વેચો તો જ ગાયમાતા ને સારી રીતે રાખી શકાય અને ગૌવપાલક પણ સારી રીતે રહી શકે હિસાબ વગર ગાયો રાખી તો ગાયમાતા દુઃખી થાય અને આપણે પણ દુઃખી થાય 🙏🙏જય ગૌમાતા જય જવાન જય કિશાન વન્દે માતરમ્ જય શ્રી દ્વારકાધીશ 🙏🙏
