So I owned Amazing Island back in the day. It was obviously a Japanese game with a few direct translations that had gone through some kind of software (Hence some of the broken English in some dialogues and the oh so poorly named "Black Evil"). Not to mention it was released in the early days of the GameCube but went largely under the radar. What I can say is as a kid Amazing island was the game I pumped the most hours into. The game case itself describes it as Pokémon meets Mario Party and really it is. She really didn't show the monster creation system which was crazy for its time. and frankly the game is a lot of fun! I definitely recommend. TLDR Go play Amazing Island.

I was also lucky enough to play this as a kid as well and have so many great memories with it. My sisters and I put hours into it, this was so nostalgic.

So, let us assume it had 10000 hp and you take a third away rounding to the nearest digit. 10000 - 3333. I think you see where I am going with this now. :)

Man it's been so long since I've played this. It looks a little goofy today, but when I was a kid this was insane. You got to completely design your monsters, and I spent hours on hours making crazy shit. She doesn't do it a lot of justice with her timing mini game skills, but still a great video.
