Simple design, strong locks. I used to see them locks resisting all kinds of abuse. The one you have there doesn't have the electronics installed (DPS, DLS). Some facilities use a "master" key set up. Don't accidentally take one of them home. Unless you have a million dollars to re-key said facility. LOL

Sometimes keys are lost or accidentally taken home by employees and yes the S*&t hits the fan.
