I was playing as disg and we attacked and cleaned a guy and i disguised as them as well and i got shot. so he showed as cleaned and i showed as jailor and i managed to convince him in dead chat that I was also a jailor, while everyone else shouted at me for claiming doc as jailor

I played my first ever game of town of salem today and I got to be Jailor! I felt like I was doing justice to skimm. I was able to execute the godfather and jail a suspected serial killer who killed me. Then the rest of town was able to lynch Them! I was so excited that my first game was jailor and I won!

*Jails* *gives 0.04 seconds to claim* *types role in 0.05 seconds* EXECUTE! DEF NOT TOWN!!!111

I played a jailor game and did the 3, 2, 1, role and it didn't work out too well for me. The real BG had a very late claim, though I didn't exe them. Next I jailed the GF who claimed BG, but claimed before time was up. Then I jailed the arso who claimed BG and they claimed before time was up AND had a will. I trusted the arso the most out of the three BG claims since they had a will.

Hey, I found 2 strategies. One is for the Witch and the other one is for the Janitor. When you are Witch, claim Investigator and have Town of Salem Wiki open on your phone. Put Investigator results on your will, everyone knows it right? But it doesn't end here, you make it so real roles of the targets start with a big letter and you put "Real roles of the targets start with a big letter but I made the mafia roles a random role, haha good luck town!" on your will. This way, when you paste your will they won't suspect anything but when you die, mafia knows roles of your targets and if you found a mafia role they don't get revealed. When you are Janitor, if you are super lucky Mafioso/GF can kill the Jailor and you can clean them "So what?" you may ask, well my friend... Jailor is dead and only you know it. You can claim to be Jailor!

I like the style you do with jailor, I’ve gotten the way I play off of how you play, the 3,2,1 is good I go slower for it though Worst part of the 3,2,1 is people that are town not claiming saying, “woah, I’m not claiming to you.” They they say I am game throwing by saying I will execute the for no claim. Once I was playing jailor in that mode and I was poisoned night 1, turns out the doctor was afk too and I died. Luckily I jailed the ret that night so the pressure was on them to res me because there was a medium in that game. Then I was poisoned again 2 nights after I was res'd and died, again. :P And I found 2 coven.

I like the 3 2 1 thing you do as jailor (I do it also because of you). But you give almost no time. Like since you type too late and it says that you are spamming that shows that you are doing it too fast. If you were giving enough time the game wouldn’t say you are spamming.

Usually at night I immediately go to prepare my will as town and I don’t pay attention to chat so when jailor goes “3,2,1” it just makes me panic /: it’s not a great strategy when you go that fast
