Jain peanut chutney can be used during Paryushan Parv( if using during Paryushan/Dus Lakshan use freshly grind only). Perfect balance of spices, peanut and chilly gives right kick, to any dish be it dosa, idly, parantha, Khankhara or any chila( Pancakes). Checkout the recipe below:
Ingredients:
• Dry Red Chili - 5 to 8
• Roasted Peanuts - 1/2 Cup
• Roasted Cumin Seed - 1 tsp
• Dry Mango Powder - 1 to 2 tsp
• Salt - 1tsp
• Asafoetida - 1/8 tsp
• Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
• Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
• Water - 1/4 cup
Method:
1. Transfer all the ingredients in grind and prepare chutney,
2. You can use Kashmiri red chili powder instead of dry red chili.
