Today let's make our favorite Veg Dry Manchurian aka Cabbage Manchurian without Onion and Garlic.. This No Root Vegetable Manchuria Recipe is super tasty with the tricks shared in video ♥

Ingredients:
For Garlicy Taste - Cabbage - chop fine, 2 tbsp
For Chilly Sauce - NONG Tomato Sauce - 3-4 tbsp
Chilli Flakes - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Cabbage - grated, 1 bowl
Cauliflower - grated, 1 bowl
Capsicum - 1 small, chopped
Salt - to taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Black pepper - ½ tsp
Maida - 4 tbsp
Corn Starch - 5-6 + 1 tbsp totally
Oil - to deep fry
Oil - 2 tbsp
Green Chilli - 4 slit
Capsicum - ½ small long cut
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - ½ tsp
Sugar - ½ tsp
Dark Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Yellow Capsicum - ½ small, long cut
Tomato - 1 small, without seeds long cut
Vinegar / Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander - 2 tbsp
Water - 1 cup

Tried yesterday turned out very tasty, i even had to make tomato and soya sauce as my parents don't eat onion garlic. I couldn't have imagined manchurian without O& G but the chopped cabbage flavour worked and everybody loved it. Also a tip for those who can't chop vegetables finely you can grate them.. 😊

It's great that you have made a jain recipe. The main thing which I loved is you taken care of the all souce which are without onion and garlic and used catch up instead. Many people don't know that souces available in market contains onion and garlic. You showed a best way to make it. And I request you to make more recipes without onion and garlic.
